Greg has been involved in Commercial Property for 37 years with over 34 years’ experience in the Canberra and surrounding region property markets. Greg is very well known and respected in the Canberra business community and has a very extensive network of government and private sector contacts locally, nationally and internationally. He is known for his expert knowledge and strategic understanding of the Canberra property market in particular. He is also widely regarded as the most experienced sales and leasing negotiator in the Canberra Office Market and has an outstanding track record of sales& leasing transactions over the past 30 years.

Greg is 100% client focused and spends all of his time servicing a broad range of institutional, private & public sector clients in all sectors of the property market. In particular has developed a very deep understanding of the workings of both the ACT & Federal Governments and has managed many divestments on behalf of the Department of Finance, Department of Defence, CSIRO and the Land Development Agency. He has also negotiated numerous leases with a wide range of government departments and agencies over the last 33 years
