Frank specialises in the Sale and Leasing of Industrial property and has built his success through understanding the needs of his clients/customers and the rapidly changing market trends. Prior to entering real estate, Frank had an extensive background in business ownership having successfully owned and operated Kingsley’s Chicken and Muffin Break retail outlets over a period of 20 years.

Frank commenced his real estate career in a Tenant Advisory role at Jones Lang Lasalle, acting for a Commonwealth client which involved facilitating deals in every state and territory across the country. His exposure in this position allowed him to negotiate transactions for shopfronts, offices, industrial spaces, airports and maritime facilities, providing him with a broad understanding of commercial real estate great, positioning him soundly for his move into industrial real estate.

Frank then joined Raine and Horne Commercial, where he quickly built a strong presence and reputation in the industrial market. Frank has strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills, which he uses to build and maintain strong relationships with his clientele. Frank’s passion for the industry has led him to build a highly reputable name in the market as one of Canberra’s leading Industrial agents. Passionate about the property industry, Frank currently holds the position of vice chair of the Diversity and Inclusion committee for the Property Council Australia ACT.
